Camp Shalom is a fun-filled day camp for kids ages 3 through grades 6. Camp offers an environment enriched with Jewish values to create a summer experience for campers, filled with lasting memories and friendships.

This year, camp consisted of two weekly sessions: July 11 through 22. Campers could attend one or both sessions. We met at Congregation Emanu-El.

Campers went swimming, played lots of games, danced, cooked, enjoyed music, sports, and crafts, as well as went on amazing field trips and spend time with special guests! All campers were supervised by our experienced and enthusiastic staff. Fridays included a Shabbat lunch while all other days were brown bag dairy or vegetarian lunches from home. Shabbat lunches are a special experience at camp. Family members are encouraged to join us for lunch on Fridays at no extra charge.

Camp Shalom 2012 is still months away, but it will be as much fun as 2011 with new mitzvahs, games, and field trips! Join us next year!
